Eagle Global Logistics delivery team also did an excellent job. The employee’s

Wow! We got our Olga entertainment center yesterday at noon and had it assembled
and all stereo and TV components up and running by 3:30. Not only was it easy
to put together, it is beautiful and looks like it was made for the spot. We
saw a similar piece locally in a cherry color for twice the price, so not only
did you make it affordable, we got it in the preferred birch color. I'll definitely
be looking on your site for future furniture purchases.

Dear TEMA friends, I just wanted to drop you a line to let you know how very
pleased I was with the wonderful service you all provided in my recent purchase
of the Design Express Mambo Chaise. A very special thank you to Tom Schmidt
for his handling of my order. Since it was a COM order, extra care was needed
and given in seeing all the details were correct. I think it was pretty amazing
that I could make my purchase from your location in New Mexico and have it
take no longer than if I'd made my purchase locally here on the East Coast.
The delivery right to my house worked out perfectly. The folks at Eagle Freight
kindly tracked my purchase as it made it's way across country and delivered
it to my door for not much more expense than the area furniture stores would
have charged me. Sincere thanks again to TEMA and the friendly, efficient
Tom (Schmidt), Without the benefit of being able to talk with you about the
metal finish choices, I think I would have almost certainly made a selection
less good than what we settled on. In general, I really prefer to be able complete
an order online, but in this case I have to say that my satisfaction is, without
doubt, greater because you took the time to advise me.
The metal finish and the fabric selection work really well with the room, honestly,
I feel it could not have been any better if I had been able to choose these
from a showroom floor, myself. So thanks for insisting on the e-mail before
we made a commitment; it was truly for the best. (purchased Amisco Tommy chairs)

needless to say, I'm VERY impressed! I was a little worried about ordering
on-line only having seen the lamps via internet pictures and using a new company.

I received my Olga Entertainment unit a few days ago in the birch wood and
I must say I was a little leery about purchasing something like this based
on a picture online, When my friends and I put it together, which was very
simple, all we needed was a little muscle, I sat staring at it b/c I couldn't
believe how truly beautiful and well made it is. One of my friends spent about
$500 more on his unit locally and he is green with envy he now hates his and
is in awe of the fantastic piece I acquired as well as the amazing value. I
