Cancellations

All orders once shipped are non cancelable. If due to extenuating circumstances, an order that is in transit needs to be canceled, the customer is responsible for return freight to TEMA.

Our Promise -30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Details)

We guarantee that you will be satisfied with your TEMA purchases. If, for any reason, you are not pleased with your purchase return it to us within 30 days and we will refund your original merchandise purchase amount (minus shipping costs) or offer you a store credit.

Specially priced "Closeout" merchandise subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Warranty

All items sold via this site carry the manufacturers warranty. Warranty varies from manufacturer to manufacturer. Please ask for specifics about the product you are interested in. Customer is responsible for all freight costs to return items requiring warranty work or replacement.

Manufacturers typically do not carry a warranty on products that are used in commercial applications. Use of products in a commercial setting may void manufacturers warranties.

Returns

The Customer is responsible for return freight costs. Returned merchandise must be in "like new" sellable condition and in original packaging. All merchandise returns require prior authorization from TEMA and must be accompanied by proof of purchase. In the event that merchandise returned is in unsellable condition, TEMA reserves to right to offer store credit only.

Legal Jurisdiction

Legal jurisdiction for any legal actions involving TEMA Furniture must be in the County of Bernalillo in New Mexico, USA.
